The first thing you need to do is not panic - there is still plenty of time. It's easy to worry when it seems that all of your peers around you are accepting job offers. Just remember the right role will come your way but it may be the case that you could do with some help to find it.

Step 1 

Complete our online form here. This will add your details to our database and also give you the option to upload a CV and cover letter. Don't panic if you don't have either of these ready just yet, your dedicated consultant will be able to assist you with them. 

Step 2 

Once you've submitted your details via the ECT / NQT Talent Pool form one of our consultants will be in touch via email to arrange a good time for a chat. During your phone call we will get to know more about your preferences, the type of school you'd like to work in as well as locations.  

Step 3 

Next we upload all of your details and requirements onto our system. It's here that schools within your chosen area will be able to view your profile and consider your suitability. 

Step 4 

If a school that has viewed your profile thinks you're a good fit for their position then they will contact us so that we can arrange an interview with you. They may also ask you to prepare a lesson for an observation on the same day as your interview. 

Step 5 

Fingers crossed all goes well at your interview and lesson observation and the school will make you a job offer!
